Our Lancaster location proudly serves the pets and families of Lancaster and the surrounding areas. As a full-service, privately owned veterinary hospital, we prioritize treating every animal as if they were our own. Practice Owner and Veterinarian – Gap and Lancaster (*limited practice)

  • Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology (University of Maryland, College Park)
  • Veterinary Degree: attended Ross University (St. Kitts) but completed her DVM degree at the University of Illinois
  • I joined Pine Creek Animal Hospital in: May 2018
  • My areas of professional interest include: Male cat cystitis / Perineal urethrostomy (PU), Ultrasound, and complicated medical cases and work-ups
  • My favorite animal / breed is: a well-behaved dog 🙂
  • My pets include: Darlene (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel), Euchre (Vizsla), Kiki, Fuzzball, and LC (cats), plus chickens and steers
  • Outside of work, I enjoy: spending time with my family, being outside, riding reining horses, hiking, traveling, and reading.

Associate Veterinarian – Lancaster

  • Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, with a minor in Studio Art
  • Veterinary Degree: Louisiana State University
  • I am certified in: Fear Free, Reiki, and (*just recently!*) Certified Veterinary Acupuncture
  • I joined Pine Creek Animal Hospital in: November 2023
  • My areas of professional interest include: Behavioral cases, Internal Medicine, Emergency/Critical Care, and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine
  • My professional achievements include: being able to celebrate scared pets with anxiety and trauma be able to heal, grow, and trust again
  • My favorite animal / breed is: difficult to choose, but I’ve a particular fondness for Japanese Chins
  • My pets include: our dog, LoLo, and our cats, Bananas and Doug
  • Outside of work, I enjoy: gardening and growing orchids, playing video games (especially Zelda and Mario titles), visiting Longwood Gardens and the Baltimore Aquarium, and working on my art
  • I want our clients to know: I can be won over with a Matcha or chai latte. 🙂

Associate Veterinarian – Lancaster

  • Veterinary Degree: Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine

  • My areas of professional interest include: Soft Tissue Surgery, Geriatric Medicine, and the “Super Fun Stuff”
  • My favorite animal / breed is: <blank> (“There’s no way I could pick just one!”)
  • My pets include: a sweet little grey kitten
  • Outside of work, I enjoy: hiking, cooking, baking, and reading
  • I want our clients to know: that I will always try my best for your pets!

  • Veterinary Degree: University of Pennsylvania

  • My areas of professional interest include: Internal Medicine, Soft Tissue Surgeries (especially Foreign Body Removals), and Client Education using Reputable Sources
  • My favorite animal / breed is: a pit bull terrier mix (“They’re sweet and dumb and so very affectionate!”)
  • My pets include: Nigerian Dwarf goats, cats, and a pittie for good measure
  • Outside of work, I enjoy: traveling, snorkeling, hiking, and native plant gardening
  • I want our clients to know: that I’m willing to do the research to find the best treatment options for your fur-babies.

Associate Veterinarian – Lancaster

  • Veterinary Degree: University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
  • I joined Pine Creek Animal Hospital in: April 2023
  • My areas of professional interest include: Battling the pet overpopulation through spays and neuters, Being a Cat Whisperer, and Fear Free Training and Implementation during Appointments
  • My professional achievements include: becoming efficient with spays and neuters (“I can spay a cat in an average of 6 minutes!”)
  • My favorite animal / breed is: a cat. (“They are my people.”)
  • My pets include: 4 feline housemates
  • Outside of work, I enjoy: hiking, kayaking, creating and crafting items (jewelry, cat products, and funky décor) for my small craft business, and reading romantasy books
  • I want our clients to know: that after over a decade of veterinary experience, I pride myself on understanding a patient and client’s lifestyle in order to make informed decisions. I’m an active listener while being gentle and patient with the pets I care for.

Associate Veterinarian – Gap and Lancaster

  • Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Large Animal Science (Delaware Valley University, Doylestown, PA)
  • Veterinary Degree: Ohio State University
  • I joined Pine Creek Animal Hospital in: April 2026. Fun fact: I worked at this practice in 2002-2003 in the kennel as my first veterinary-related job.
  • My areas of professional interest include: Client Education and Collaboration in Preventative Medicine, Dermatology, Orthopedic Consultation, and Dentistry
  • My professional achievements include: Working as a medical director and having the chance to mentor a variety of veterinarians and students.
  • My favorite animal / breed is: It is very hard to choose, because so many types of animals bring me joy, but the grateful rescue dogs and cats always warm my heart.My pets include: Hector (mixed bully breed), Tater (Jack Russell Terrier), and a variety of amphibians and reptiles (a red-eared slider, bearded dragon, geckos, toads, and frogs).
  • Outside of work, I enjoy: Keeping up with the adventure of my family.  We love watching the kids in their sporting events and traveling together (especially National Parks). I also enjoy maintaining bioactive enclosures for all of my tanked animals, these are mini ecosystems that nearly completely maintain themselves!
